To get started with our free counselling services, fill out and submit the self-assessment form found below. This form provides you with the opportunity to tell us about what you are seeking help for, your availability, and any circumstances we need to be aware of.

We offer free counselling sessions for those:

Who are on benefits or unwaged.

and

Registered with a Birmingham GP.

We are not a crisis service, if you need immediate help please use the information found below the assessment form.

We try hard to offer everyone support but do reserve the right to decline service if we believe it is not appropriate for your needs.
