Accessing our Low-Cost Counselling Services

This is for our self-funded counselling which is £25 a session and is delivered on a weekly basis. The first step is to book an assessment with one of our team using the calendar below.

If none of these times suit you or there are no appointments available, please complete the webform here: Initial Counselling Form.
Once completed one our team will be in touch to book you in for the first available appointment.

If you have difficulties with the digital form you can download our Microsoft Word version and submit the form by email to counselling@smchh.co.uk

We try hard to offer everyone support but do reserve the right to decline service if we believe it is not appropriate for your needs.

We offer a number of short-term free sessions for people who are unwaged or on benefits and registered with a Birmingham GP.
You can find more about that here.

We are not a crisis service and cannot offer immediate appointments
