Client Testimonials

  • "Monroope asked me questions I would never have asked myself in a way that I could receive and understand it. She helped me to identify the issues and taught me skills that I needed to cope with these issues."

  • I have seen so many positive impacts in my life and have made much more progress than I ever thought possible. I have developed a level of self-awareness that helps me to better understand and manage my emotions. This has had a positive impact on my self-confidence and my ability to establish and enforce boundaries within my personal and social life. I have made a lot of progress in relationships and have especially noticed I am able to communicate better when talking about difficult things.

  • When I started therapy I used to self-harm and have suicidal thoughts during difficult times, but I now feel I am able to notice and manage my emotions without getting anywhere near this low. I could go on, but I've pretty much seen positive impacts in every aspect of my life since starting therapy!
