Work with a fully qualified, experienced counsellor (self-employed associate). More choice and flexibility.

- want to choose your counsellor directly
- prefer more flexibility around times and pace
- are working with complex or long-standing issues

£35 per session
Our main lower-fee counselling pathway. We will help match you with a suitable counsellor, depending on availability and your needs.

- want professional counselling at a lower cost
- are happy to be matched rather than choose directly
- can be reasonably flexible with appointment times
