A safe space to talk things through
You do not need a label, diagnosis, or perfectly formed reason to start counselling. Many people come because something feels stuck, heavy, overwhelming, or difficult to carry alone.
Counselling gives you a safe, confidential space to talk things through, make sense of what is happening, and begin to find a way forward at your own pace.

I want to choose my counsellor
£60 per session
Browse qualified counsellor profiles and choose according to fit, experience, areas of interest and availability.
The £25 and £35 fees provide access to the same matched counselling service and the same professional, ethical and safeguarding standards. The supported fee is available where financial circumstances would otherwise make counselling difficult to access.
Counselling tailored to your needs
Everyone’s story is different. You may be looking for support with anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, relationship or family difficulties, low mood, workplace pressure, neurodivergence, identity, self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck.
You do not need to know exactly what is wrong before you begin. We can help you find the right counsellor and approach.
Safe, Confidential, and Ethically Grounded
Counselling depends on trust. Our counsellors work within clear ethical standards, regular supervision, and organisational oversight. Your information is handled securely. Confidentiality is only limited where there is a serious risk of harm or a legal or safeguarding duty.
