Online counselling usually takes place via secure video or telephone. It may suit you if you:

Face-to-face counselling 

Face-to-face counselling involves meeting in person at an agreed location. Some people prefer this because the physical presence feels grounding or separate from daily life.

Neither option is better than the other. What matters most is feeling comfortable enough to talk openly. You can review your preference over time.
