Neurodivergent-affirming counselling
The confidence of the right match.
If you are autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent, you may have learned to adapt yourself to fit expectations — sometimes at significant personal cost. You might feel exhausted by masking, overwhelmed by daily demands, or misunderstood in spaces that don’t account for how you process and communicate.
Neurodivergent-affirming counselling begins with respect. It does not treat neurodivergence as something to fix. Instead, counselling adapts to you — your pace, your communication style, and what helps you feel understood.
What this counselling focuses on
flexible communication and pacing
sensory, cognitive, and emotional regulation needs
burnout, overwhelm, and recovery
identity, self-understanding, and reducing shame
navigating relationships, work, and systems more sustainably
Who this may be helpful for
This may help if you identify as neurodivergent (with or without diagnosis), feel exhausted by masking, experience overwhelm or burnout, or want counselling that fits your way of being.
When this may not be the right support
Counselling does not provide diagnostic assessment or replace specialist neurodevelopmental services.
